Jeff Alter
Executive Vice President
Jeff serves as Executive Vice President, IngenioRx. He is responsible for advancing our focus on delivering affordability, quality and access for those we serve.
Before joining IngenioRx, he served as Chief Executive Officer of United Healthcare’s Commercial Group, serving nearly 30 million consumers and generating over $50 billion in revenue annually. Previously, he was President of Arcturus One Consulting, providing advisory services to Private Equity, for-profit and not-for-profit Boards of Directors.
Alter also served as Vice President of Strategic Financial Planning for Oxford Health Plans; Vice President of Finance and Operations at Vytra Health Plans; and he also held Finance and Operations roles with Northrop Grumman Aerospace and Harris Corporations.
Jeff received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from St. Johns University. He has served on numerous Boards, both for-profit and non-profit.
